Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location within the UAE.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Arabixa Mart is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UAE. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
